In Altered Books 101, I will briefly introduce you to the concept of altered books, and lead you through the creation of a few altered book pages. 

In this hands-on session, you will learn some basic techniques to alter books, including found poetry and making pockets. 

You will begin creating your own altered book, and will leave with a unique art object that you can continue to add to over time.
